Why is the Worldwide Reggae Music Registry licensing individuals and companies worldwide?
• This organization was about to take on several investors to launch the organization’s many divisions. However, one group of investors who are already multimillionaires would have received closed to half of the organization’s profits which would have made them additional millions. So the organization decided to take on less financial backers and offer PROFIT SHARING opportunities with those who love Reggae Music. Since this entire organization is about unity, we felt it is important to share the wealth with individuals and companies within the reggae community rather than make already made millionaires richer. Now WE the reggae community can share the millions since OPPORTUNITY is what this organization is all about. By giving a large portion of the revenue to those we license as representatives, we are creating jobs, career opportunities, entrepreneurial opportunities and supplemental incomes. It is expected that a representative who is trained well in the different divisions of our organization can earn a six figure income (US Dollars) their first year. The Worldwide Reggae Music Registry and other registries of the mother organization (The Worldwide Elite Music Registry) will be creating tens of thousands of jobs/careers/business opportunities for people around the world in many countries.
• A portion of the revenue will also be going to beautification and community projects of impoverished areas as well as to create many job opportunities.
• Another portion of the revenue will be going toward giving opportunities to those up and coming in many areas of the reggae industry who are accepted into the Discovering Stars Worldwide Division to fund their entire careers.
What opportunities will representatives have?
• To get paid to help people
• To generate revenue through many different avenues (All payments are made in US Dollars)
• To work in the Music and Entertainment Industry
• To become popular or even famous for holding such a position (if they would like)
• To be a part of a Worldwide Organization dedicated to the Upliftment of Reggae & Those within it.
• To travel worldwide with all expenses paid
• To help others reach their goals
• To help entire communities
• To help create incomes for people around the world
• To help talented people from impoverished areas to have a chance and expose their talent
• To be a part of a team who is making things happen for many people
• To be in films and tv shows
• To attend major music industry events
Can someone already be working in the Reggae Music Industry become a licensed representative?
• Yes. Owners or media professionals/specialists of public-relation firms, publicists, radio or tv hosts, reggae website administrators, advertising agencies, other media outlets, media personalities or anyone who has the ability to reach the masses can also qualify for a Media Representative License. Their companies can qualify for a Vendor/Contractor License which is additional and optional.

What are the differences in the four different license types?
Individual Representative Licenses - An Individual Representative License is for someone who has been identified as a good candidate and is recommended by another representative. These Individual Representatives are the backbone of the organization. All transactions for the entire Registry can only be completed by either a licensed Individual Representative or a Media Representative. No one else is authorized to handle any money or paperwork for the Registry. This person does NOT work full or part time in a Media Company and does NOT have access to a large audience therefore does not fit the criteria for a media representative. Individual representatives are also authorized to receive extra paid contract work, the opportunity to travel, the opportunity to advance their position to executive level and those who work with the Registry as their primary focus will have priority for additional contracts and bonuses.
Media Representative Licenses - A Media Representative License is for someone with a Public Relations or Media Background and MUST currently have a large audience whether on tv, radio or internet website with an email list totaling over 10,000 contacts. They either own or work for a company who offers publicity and/or exposure to those within the Reggae Music Industry yet would like to take advantage of the profit sharing of the Reggae Registry’s revenue as a representative and still be considered for contracts for PR for our events. The Director of the Organization has final say if someone qualifies to be a Media Representative. They must qualify. If they do not, they will be offered the Individual Representative License. They must be working in PR for several years on a full time basis, have a vast contact list and some form of recognition for their work in the industry. This representative license will still allow them to conduct business on behalf of the Registry and still be considered for contracts personally. If they would like their company to be considered for contracts as well, they will have to register their company as a Licensed Vendor/Contractor. Since these representatives have the resources to reach the masses, we do not refer new clients to them. However, Media Representatives will qualify for contracts to head different events and be offered different types of contracts than the Individual Representatives.
Vendor Contractor Licenses - The Reggae Registry will need services for itself and/or its clients. ONLY licensed Vendor/Contracts will be offered these paid contracts depending on the company services. All of our representatives will be informed of the different types of services that our Vendor/Contractors do in order to bring business to the Registry and to the Vendors. We will advertise the vendors service as our own but NOT the vendor’s company name unless they are a part of the Perfect 10 Program which is highly recommended. Once licensed we will begin to market that particular service to our clients in order to obtain paying accounts for our vendors and we will of course will receive a Referral Fee percentage which will pay a small compensation to our referring representative, pay our staff who handled the transaction, and contribute to the different funds within the organization to carry out our mission. All of the Representatives will be marketing our vendors services.
Referral Representative Licenses - A Referral Representative is a special license for someone who would like to be involved and be a part of the mission as well as qualify for some of the internal contracts and opportunities. They work for the Individual Representatives or directly for the Registry and their role is to inform potential clients about the organization’s services, products and opportunities. They do NOT handle any monetary transactions whatsoever. All transactions must be completed by a Licensed Representative. These representatives will be compensated for their referrals. There are no minimum quotas required in order to maintain this license. Their fee is paid yearly and they still have to follow the licensing process as the other representatives do. Their licensing fee is considerably less. They are expected to attend trainings as well. Even if someone decides to work for simply one particular representative, they must still be licensed and trained to offer or represent the Registry.
Is there a time limit to accepting my recommendation for licensing?
Yes. We do not believe in bothering people. It is an opportunity for Profit Sharing that we are offering and will only offer the opportunity one time to someone. Once a representative informs you of the opportunity and has stated they will recommend you, you will have up to THREE days to accept from the time of the initial orientation. However, you may accept immediately and start the process. One you accept, you have SEVEN days from the initial orientation to apply for licensing and pay for your application fee of $75. During this time we recommend that you fill out the online application and questionnaire, gather your documents for licensing, and you have your recommending representative train you about the organization background and at least one division. You MUST have all of your supporting documentation and licensing fee submitted no later than 14 days from the initial orientation. In the event that you do not meet the deadlines, you WILL lose the opportunity for a reduced license fee in the form of waivers that your representative may have offered you.
Can I work with the Reggae Registry if I do NOT become licensed?
No, but you can become a client, member or sponsor and support the registry. However, you will not be eligible to work for the registry if you are not licensed. We only hire from within. All contracts, opportunities for compensation and even roles within our movies and tv shows/series will be offered to Licensed Representatives, Vendor/Contractors, Clients and Registry Business Partners. You MUST be a part of the mission in order to benefit from the PROFIT SHARING. Our Representatives get compensated for every transaction that they complete for the organization. We only hire or give contracts from within. This is an organization where we help people and companies to help themselves.
What if someone wants to become a representative but does NOT want to work with the music or celebrity side of things but still wants to be a part of the profit sharing as a representative?
That is not a problem. There are over 30 different divisions/subdivisions therefore if the music and entertainment life is NOT for you, you can simply work on other divisions such as the Perfect 10 Pays Program and work directly with the Resident Members, small business owners and secure sponsorships with major corporations. All representatives have to be trained for each area but you can pick and choose what areas and divisions that you would like to focus on that best suit your interests and personality.
Does a representative have to quit their job or close their business to become licensed?
• No. Representatives will be able to create their own schedule once they hold a license for the Reggae Registry. In fact, having a job or a business may be of a benefit for the representatives depending on their type of work.
• The Reggae Registry does NOT look at hours worked, we look at results by each representative.
• Those who elect to work with the Reggae Registry on a full time basis will be awarded additional opportunities for contracts, projects, more income and travel. (Optional)
• Even though, a representative may create their own schedule, if they are contracted for a specific assignment, they must work the hours outlined by the organization or assigned Project Manager.
• However, if you are chosen as the Director’s Top 10, The Reggae Registry will have to be your main focus and you must be available at all times for the initial start up of the organization. There are many opportunity for growth for the Top Ten. There will be the founding Top 10 of the organization and then a top ten of each area will be recognized.
Please note: Being awarded additional contracts to earn additional compensation will be based on your performance. Our organization does not look at hours worked, we look at results generated.
Once licensed, where will the representative be authorized to represent the registry?
• Worldwide. Every individual and company will be a potential client for all representatives. This organization was designed to benefit everyone.
How long is the license valid for?
• One year from the date of issue and then it must be renewed on a yearly basis.
How long does it take to receive my license?
Your application will be processed in the order that it was received. Once it is in the review stage, it should only take a few days IF all of the supporting documentation is completed properly. We recommend that you are training with your recommending representative as soon as you submit your Application Fee and be completely training in at least one division by the time your license comes. You may also recommend other representatives during this waiting period and start to generate an income while working closely with your recommending representatives who are required to train you.
What type of supporting documents do I need?
You will receive a checklist of what you are to submit with your licensing fee. Below are a few items needed.
• Copy of valid photo driver’s license or official ID.
• Copy of passport with photo
• Social Security Number, Tax ID Number, TRN, Company Tax ID or equivalent. (If, available)
• A Digital picture (Head shot) of the potential representative in professional attire for their license and to be displayed on the website. It must be emailed and in a jpg format.
• Sign several documents; Representative Application, No Compete Agreement, Confidentiality Contract, Code of Ethics Policy, W9, fill out the online questionnaire and other documents. You will receive a checklist upon applying.
Is the representative’s licensing fees tax deductible?
• Yes. The license fees and everything that the representative pays for pertaining to business with the registry is tax deductible in the United States and there will be a training for all representatives on this topic.
Will those who are licensed also be representing the other genre registries for the Elite Registry?
• Yes and No.
• If you are licensed for one genre, you will only be allowed to do business on behalf of that genre only. Reggae Registry is the first genre to launch. Hip Hop will be second.
• You do not have to reapply to be a licensed representative for each genre, if you are licensed for one, you simply have to pay the licensing fee to become a licensed representative for that genre.
• The only exception currently is for the Perfect 10 Program. You may register resident members of any genre. However, you must be licensed to work with the companies, sponsors, clients, and celebrities.
How much does it cost to become a licensed representative?
It depends on which type of representative. It varies depending upon the representatives’ level.
PR Team Representatives only pay a application and licensing fee of $95 USD unless the applicant is actively enrolled in a college or university. Those enrolled will receive a waiver of $55USD. This waiver is available at a limited time.
For Consulting and Media Representatives the licensing fees are as follows:
• The application fee is $75 USD a one time fee.
• The license is regularly $1000 USD per year. However, since we are conducting our premier launch the current licensing fee is $500 USD per year yet we have $200 waivers for a limited time that are available for those who are recommended for licensing. All representatives are responsible for the application fee of $75 outside of their licensing fee. The waivers do NOT cover the entire amount of the license. The fee for the yearly license will be going up since our organization’s compensation plan is highly generous since a large portion of the revenue/profit generated from this organization will be shared with thousands of representatives/representatives worldwide. Additional waivers may be available depending on hardship. WAIVERS ARE OFFERED ONE TIME AND HAVE A TIME LIMIT ON THEM ONCE OFFERED.
Is there a limit to the amount of licenses that can be issued?
• Yes. The amount of licenses issued will depend on the area’s population. There will only be 1 representative allowed per 10,000 residents in any given city, county, parish or country.
• In the event that the amount of representatives have reach capacity for a particular area, applicants will be placed a waiting list until a spot has become available.
Can a license be suspended or revoked? And if so, what happens?
• Yes. A license can be suspended for inactivity of a sixty day period. A warning letter will go out on the 30th day and a suspension letter will go out on the 60th day. There will be a reinstatement fee of $50 to reinstate the license. If by the 90th day there is still no activity, the license will be revoked and the representatives’ spot will be given to the next representative on the waiting list for that area. There are no refunds whatsoever for licensing. In the event the licensed is revoked, they must apply for reinstatement and their application must go in front of the board for review. In the event, they are approved to reapply, the must go through the entire process again and pay the current rate for the license at that time.
• The Worldwide Reggae Music Registry reserves the right to revoke licenses for limited activity if there is an abundant amount of applicants on the waiting list. Evaluations of each representative will be performed monthly. A representative may lose their license if they are only complying with the minimum monthly quota IF there is a waiting list for that area.
Are there quotas to maintain my license?
• Yes. There must be activity each month in order to maintain a representative’s license. At least a minimum of 12 monthly transactions plus 250 free registrants on the registry in order to maintain the license OR a minimum of 1000 new free registrants to the registry for the month.
There are other registries within the Elite Registry. Does this license allow me to offer the products and services for the other registries as well?
• No. You must become licensed for each registry. The amounts of the yearly license may vary, however you will not be required to pay for the application fee once you are already a representative for one of the registry genres AND you will get a special waiver to reduce your licensing fee per registry.
Is the Reggae Registry like a mult-level marketing company or network marketing?
NO, not at all. It is best compared to being an insurance representative or a consultant which is basically what you will be as an Individual or Media representative. Once you secure a client whether it is a resident, business, corporate sponsor or a celebrity, they are listed as your client for whatever division that you enrolled them for. You will be compensated for all of your transactions pertaining to your clients and there are opportunities for other contracts and bonuses. You are never obligated to recruit new representatives. Recommending a representative is giving someone the opportunity to share in the organizations profits which is a huge opportunity since the organization is so generous. You will be compensated for referring someone and there may be additional bonuses for training. However, as mentioned above you are not obligated to recommend representatives since you will NOT be compensated from their earning. We are not a multi-level marketing company WHATSOEVER.
If I am not going to be compensated for licensing representatives, then what is the benefit if I do?
You will benefit in many ways. One, you will be compensated for the initial processing of the representative. Two, you will receive a residual compensation on that representative for FIVE additional years IF that representative renews their license. Three, you will be eligible for additional contracts depending on your monthly numbers. Four, you will be eligible for monthly bonuses depending on your numbers. Five, be eligible for Training Bonuses by assisting your representatives’ representatives with training (Please note: All Representatives are responsible for training their recommended representatives for the Organization Overview and two divisions)
How can holding a representative’s license benefit me other than offering the products and services of the registry?
• There may be travel opportunities for those who wish to be considered for special projects.
• There may be paid projects for those who have a high performance rate.
• Opportunity for additional contracts.
• Opportunity for bonuses.
• Media representatives will be eligible to bid on paying contracts.
• Resident and Media representatives will be eligible to be awarded a contract for Project Management for our events or projects. There will be a generous percentage of the entire profit paid to those who are chosen.
• For each event or project there will be one Media representative and one Resident representative to be the project managers AND there will be additional Resident representatives who will be awarded the contract to be project assistants who will be compensated as well.
(Some compensation will be based on a flat rate or percentage of total profit of event. Each event will have its own contract and compensation plan. The Registry ONLY contracts licensed representatives for these contracts.)
Will representatives be evaluated and if so on what basis?
• Each representative’s performance will be reviewed monthly.
All numbers of free registrants, new clients, new members, new sponsors etc will be tallied. Since mostly everything will be entered on our website, the special software will be able to calculate all transactions.
• Those who perform well will be eligible for bonuses, advancements and special contracts.
How are the representatives compensated?
There are over 30 different divisions and subdivisions that all have an individual compensation plan. The great thing about being a representative is that EVERY person you meet is a potential client since we have products and services to cater everyone’s needs.
The Reggae Registry will be launching certain products and services first and then one at a time until all divisions are completely launched. Complete training is provided for all representatives.
Potential clients MUST deal directly with a representative therefore if someone contacts the corporate office directly, they will be referred to the nearest representative.
What ca representatives expect to earn?
The compensation plans are extremely generous and some are even on a residual basis. There is a small time period from when someone applies to become a representative and they are working on processing their license. We ask our recommending representatives to train the new representative about the organization and at least one of the divisions so they can start making money immediately.
We would like all representatives regardless if they are doing part time or this as their primary focus to make a minimum of $500 per week to start and create some residual income as well.
We expect that if a representative follows our model they can begin to make a minimum of $1,000 in first three months and that should double by the sixth month which means they will be making a six figure income per year.
That is the goal and it WILL happen if the representatives dedicate themselves to mastering the content knowledge of the organization.
What are the many ways that representatives will be compensated?
• Recommending Other Licensed Representatives
(This is for a small period of time since there are a limited amount of licenses available)
