I understand that I am to represent the Worldwide Reggae Registry with stellar professionalism when on the phone and in person
I understand that each division will launch at different times and I must attend and pass training before offering the services
I understand that all memberships, products and services may have different compensation plans
I understand that the Reggae Registry reserves the right to make changes and addendums to the compensation and bonus plans
I understand my license will be revoked for license will be revoked for misconduct, insubordination, unprofessional behavior, illegal activity, no activity, and/or for not reaching minimum quotas
I understand that my license must be renewed each year
I understand there are no refunds
I understand that legal action will be taken against me if I commit a crime while using my license with the Reggae Registry, its affiliates and the Elite Registry and that as a licensed agent I am expected to represent the organization professionally and properly at all times and conduct legal business transactions with the utmost respect, accuracy and professionalism
I understand that the Reggae Registry and Elite Registry reserve the right to make changes and addendums if necessary at their discretion without prior notice to any and all areas of the organization
I understand that all printed materials are only available through the corporate office and I am not permitted to create or print my own flyers, business cards, posters, etc
I understand that all marketing materials are at my expense YET I will be able to pay for them at cost rates directly from the corporate office OR I may have my printed materials paid for via sponsorships
I understand that I am only allowed to use wording for marketing purposes that has been approved by the organization. If you have reworded any of information that you have learn, you may be allowed to use it however it must be submitted to the main office for approval by emailing it to agents@reggaeregistry.com
I understand that I am to protect our client’s information with the utmost regard for their privacy
I understand that all monies, agreements, and client paperwork must be submitted the same day that business is conducted so that we can complete the business transaction in a professional turn around time
I understand that failure to turn money and contracts in within a two day period of the time of the transaction will result in a 50% penalty of my compensation AND I will forfeit any bonuses
I understand that I am not permitted to offer Reggae Registry clients any other company’s product or services whatsoever if not authorized by the Reggae Registry
I understand that I am prohibited from using the emails and contact information of Reggae Registry members and clients for my own personal business or anything unrelated to Reggae Registry business
I understand that I am not allowed to share or sell any of the contacts that I have access to as a licensed agent
I understand that all of the Reggae Registry contacts are protected by the privacy policy and legal action can be taken against those who violate their privacy rights
I understand that legal action will be taken against me if I commit any type of fraud or theft of monies or information which pertains to the registry and its clients, sponsors, agents, members or any other affiliates
I understand that I must attend trainings and regular meetings to maintain my license
I understand that I must meet my monthly quotas in order to maintain my license with the Reggae Registry
I understand that when I am given specific wording to use for the Reggae Registry, it must NOT be changed/altered
I understand that I am to carefully read all emails since there will be updates and training information enclosed
I understand that I am to arrive for meetings one hour ahead if I have guests attending and a minimum of 30 minutes otherwise. Agents must put their phones on silent and not leave the room to answer calls nor emails. Professionalism is a must
I understand that all correspondence via email must be done in the Reggae Registry webmail and I am not to use my personal or business email to conduct business for the Registry
I understand that I am forbidden to broker any business among current or non clients of the registry and that all transactions or requests must be submitted to the office and I will NOT exclude the Registry in any manner.
